How do we budget for services?

Our products are structured so the cost of our services are easy to understand. Often municipalities incorporate the cost of our software into the fees charged at the time of submission, providing your community with an excellent and affordable service at virtually no cost to the municipality.

What other fees and costs are there?

Short answer; none. We do not charge for development or customer service. We are not like other GovTech vendors and lock you in or piecemeal functionality and upsell.  We do offer payment processings options that incur minimal fees to cover third party costs if you so choose.   Our fees are priced at a far better value as we reduce the overhead needed to provide those services through automation.  This allows the municipality and their communities to benefit by adopting these affordable services.

How does invoicing Work?

Our services generate reports and statements for you monthly. Our staff handles invoicing to the municipality using paper or email delivery methods, whichever is most convenient for you. Or we can do invoiceless implementations where we process the fees and remit your portion back to you making it easy!
