Our history
In 2001, Net Assets Corporation was founded by Rick and David Gates. They designed a solution to provide electronic reporting for municipalities. This effectively eliminated paper and manual systems while also better fulfilling communities’ needs.
Based in Oregon, the state’s municipalities quickly adopted the service, covering over 80% of the market. Net Assets Conduits service rapidly became the premier online reporting platform for municipal lien reporting, expanding into Washington and Florida.
Recently, after customer feedback, we embarked on providing two more key services, rental registration and business licensing online. By focusing on making the transactions easier for both the community and the municipality, this has allowed for an invaluable tool. We continue to strive toward excellence as the best choice provider of these online solutions today and for the future.
